How do I replace the air filter in the Sorbi?

When the "Air Purifier" light starts flashing orange, that means it's time to get a new filter. We suggest replacing the filter every 6 months to keep the air fresh. Compatible filter can be purchased directly on Tenergy Life website. To swap the filter, open up the compartment and take out the old one. Then, simply put i n the new one, it doesn't matter which side is up since both sides are the same. After you've replaced the filter, hold down the "Air Purifier" button for about 7 seconds or until the light on the button turns a solid green.

How should I clean the Sorbi dehumidifier?

To clean your dehumidifier, follow these steps:

First, make sure it's turned off and unplugged.

Remove the water tank and empty any water inside.

 Create a mixture of vinegar and warm water. The amounts may vary, but for a clean tank, try half a cup of vinegar with 3 cups of water, and soak the tank for 5 minutes.

While it soaks, check the air filter and replace it if needed. We recommend replacing it every 6 months, but sooner if it looks really dirty.

Use a soft damp cloth to wipe any dust from the unit.

After 5 minutes, empty the tank, rinse it with water, dry it with a towel, and place it back into the dehumidifier.

Plug it in, turn it on, and let it do its job!

For optimal results, repeat this process at least once a month to maintain the dehumidifier's efficiency, prevent mold and bad odors, and extend its lifespan!

Why does my Sorbi not collect water?

The amount of water the dehumidifier collects depends on the humidity levels and the room temperature. If the humidity is low and the room is cold, there might not be enough moisture for the dehumidifier to remove. On the other hand, in warm weather like summer, the dehumidifier collects more water compared to winter.
