A SteriPEN UV water purifier.  Looks to be largely unused.  Requires 4AA batteries (not included).  Has the neoprene case.  There is no sediment/particulate pre-filter.  Treats water from harmful bacteria with UV light.  Nice and lightweight for backpacking, hiking and camping.
