Instruction is in Russian.
Rinse the shungite before purifying the water.
150g per 1.5-2 liters of water ( 2 liters equals to 0.52 US gallon)
It is recommended to discard used shungite every 5-6 months.
Use shungite purified water for hydrating and/or cooking.
