Here's a rundown on our testing process When the Advance RO purifier is connected to the bagtank and powered on, it initializes and displays various messages saying the bag needs cleaned and service is required. When looking through the menus, the screen turned red and displayed a "Service Required" message. Despite the notifications, we were able to reset the unit back to factory settings. However, the message still appears.
