Shipping prices vary by location and quantity There are 2,016 (16.9oz) bottles per pallet - 84 cases with 24 bottles each. If we are out of stock we automatically upgrade your order to flip cap bottles (Roxane Water) Orders over 4 pallets may be split into multiple shipments (over 12 pallets typically delivered on semi in one load - max semi load is 19 pallets) *Locations with secured access or other "limited access" locations (as defined by LTL shipping industry) please contact us to see if additional charges apply - Rural locations & small towns well outside of major cities may incur extra delivery charges. If you need special delivery arrangements please let us know (extra charges may apply) Deliveries are Monday- Friday 8am-4pm If you are unable to accept delivery when truck arrives you will be responsible for Re-Delivery which typically costs $150 or more. Truck must be unloaded within 15 minutes of arrival to avoid "waiting time - detention fees" which are typically $60-$70. Do NOT allow the driver to move the pallets once off the truck (unless prior arranged) or the trucking company will likely charge $214 per pallet. This expense would be your responsibility. If you need a Lift-gate for pallet removal from truck they are free in Dallas TX Lift-gate Outside of Dallas if you need a Lift-gate or if your location involves moving pallets please contact us to calculate additional charges* If the product arrives with any damage please do the following Please accept the shipment 1. Take pictures of damage while product is still on the truck 2. Damage MUST be noted on the delivery paperwork and signed by BOTH you and the driver 3. Scan and email paperwork and photos to us. 4. We will offer a credit for the actual damaged portion of a pallet or apply credit towards your next delivery. We do not ship out replacements. Example of damage credit:  5 cases of bottled water are not usable - we would credit for the value of the 5 damaged cases (including the portion of shipping fee).
