The Katadyn BeFree Gravity Camp Upgrade Kit turns your Katadyn Gravity Camp or Base Camp Pro into a Katadyn BeFree Gravity Water Filter System.
The Adapter Ring connects the water bag to the filter element (Female thread attaches to Katadyn Gravity Camp 6L or Katadyn Base Camp Pro 10L water bag / male thread for use with a Katadyn BeFree filter element). The BeFree Gravity Upgrade Kit features an integrated hose suspension to attach the outlet hose to the Adapter Ring. The quick-release valve with automatic outlet stop (Female thread attaches to Katadyn BeFree replacement filter / quick-release fastener for quick-connect coupling) will connect to your hydration bladder for easy filling. The Katadyn BeFree Gravity Upgrade Kit requires a Katadyn BeFree water filter element (sold separately), and an existing Katadyn Gravity Camp 6L water filter, or a Katadyn Base Camp Pro 10L water filter system with accessories. The BeFree Gravity Camp Upgrade Kit is compatible with the following Katadyn water filter models:

Why Water Filtration Is Important
The World Health Organization (WHO) attributes 80 percent of all travel diseases to contaminated drinking water. A pristine stream may be safe one day and contaminated the next, as microorganisms stemming from human and animal waste are typically spread by rain and runoff. As a result, the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends treating water from every source in the back-country.

Returns will be accepted as long as they are shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase. Items accepted for return must be unopened, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Directions and conditions for refunds:
1. The buyer must contact us and ship all items within 30 days from the date they received the original order.
2. The buyer must pay all return shipping costs.
3. Returned items must be received in the same condition as they were sent in order to qualify for a full refund. For items that have been opened, used, damaged, or no longer have the original packaging or tags, 20% to 50% will be deducted from the refund. This allows us to recover a portion of the items loss in value. The exact amount of the deduction will depend on the condition of the returned item when we receive it.
4. Refund is for the item price only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exceptions to these conditions may be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
Please do not return items to us after 30 days have passed. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
We accept a wide variety of payment methods through Paypal or Ebay managed payments. All auction items must be paid for within 3 days of purchase. All fixed price items require immediate payment. Please pay promptly to ensure that shipment of your items will not be delayed.
Shipping Policy
Orders of $100 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise specified. Prompt payment will ensure the prompt shipment of your items. Please understand that all shipping providers are currently undergoing shipping delays that are out of my control. If you need your item to arrive by a certain date, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout. If the shipping option you want is not listed, feel free to contact me and I would be happy to add it for you. If your address is APO/FPO, please be aware that there can be long delays in receiving your shipment. It can take up to one month or more to receive your item. Please do not purchase if this is not acceptable to you.
Sometimes we use recycled packaging materials for shipping, as long as they are in good condition. This lowers our costs, which enables us to offer better prices to our customers. It also saves resources and lowers our carbon footprint. In short, it's good for the planet. If you do not want your item shipped in recycled packaging, simply send us a note at checkout and we will gladly ship your item using only new packaging materials.
