Note:  Items are in BRAND NEW condition and we inspect each unit and system prior to shipping.  Upon receiving your item and careful inspection, should you find that the item(s) has been damaged in any way, please contact us immediately BEFORE opening an unnecessary Case/Claim with Ebay. 

Claims of damage or wrong items shipped, pictures will be requested for insurance purposes and claims to be initiated directed at the appropriate parties.

Request for Full or Partial Refunds will be honored within reason, Return of Merchandise and supporting pictures within 30 days.

BUYER is responsible for Return shipping cost, making sure that the item is re-packaged in its original packaging or better to prevent further damage in transit.   Should we need to provide assistance in Return Shipping, all cost associated will be deducted from the Requested Refund amount.
